Into the Straight is a 1949 Australian horse racing melodrama directed by T.O. McCreadie. The plot concerns the Curzons, an Australian horseracing family visited by an English horse trainer (James Workman) and his son (Alan White). Both men fall for June Curzon (Nonnie Peifer) but only one remains true after June is crippled in an accident.
